Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and goals set by management.
- Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly attitude and assisting them in their selection process.
- Having a professional attitude and Appearance.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and VIPs as well as recruiting new ones.
- Participating in stocks receiving, providing feedback on merchandise availability and replenishment, cleaning of creations & displays
- Arranging and assisting in displaying merchandise neatly and in an orderly manner.
- Providing feedback as to customer’s desires and preferences.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service level.
- Any assignment requested by management.
Preferred Qualification:
- University degree or High school as a minimum.
- 2+ years in sales in luxury/jewelry retail.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail, hospitality or consumer goods sales is preferred.
- Confident, positive attitude & goals oriented, Friendly personality and self-motivated.
- Customers’ service oriented, MS Office experience is preferred, Arabic speaking is preferred. English speaking is a plus.
